If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Salsa System SA, Rte Z.I. La Vulpillière 61B, 1070 Puidoux, Switzerland.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Satoshi Wallpaper, accessible from https://satoshiwallpaper.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Orders

Order Production

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, Your Orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

Order Fulfillment

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an Order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when Your Order ships out.

Order Not Received

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at https://satoshiwallpaper.com/contact/ with Your Order number.

If You provide a shipping address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once We have confirmed an updated address with You.

If You did find a mistake in your delivery address due to our error, We can send you a replacement Order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Wrong/Damaged Product

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact us at https://satoshiwallpaper.com/contact/ within 14 days with photos of the damaged product, Your Order number, and any other details you may have about Your Order.

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

Shipping

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide.

Unclaimed Shipment

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Customs and Tax Fee

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Cancellation rights with refund are only offered to customers that receive the wrong Goods or damaged Goods.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were delivered in the last 14 days
  • The Goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which are downloadable products.
  • The supply of sealed Goods which were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

  • Packages sent out from our US and Mexico fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte facility: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273, USA.
  • Packages sent out from our facility in Canada are returned to: Unit 3, 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4 Canada.
  • Packages sent out from our Latvian facilities are automatically returned to Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia.
  • Packages sent out from our Spanish facility are automatically returned to Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.
  • Packages sent out from our UK facility are automatically returned to Antar 2, 1 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, WV10 6PZ, United Kingdom.
  • Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Australia are returned to: 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (apparel orders); 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (non-apparel orders, except for phone cases); 6 Axis Crescent, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia (phone cases).
  • Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Japan are returned to: Komiyaji 817-3, Shinwamachi, Amakusa, Kumamoto prefecture, 863-0101 Japan (apparel orders); Ibe 15, Kunogi, Nakanoto, Kashima, Ishikawa prefecture, Japan 929-1801 (non-apparel orders).
  • Packages fulfilled by our partner facility in Brazil are returned to: Rodovia Santos Dumont, 4791 (Antigo KM 3,5), Armazém 111, Galpão 02, Empreendimento Caxias Park. Parque Paulista. CEP 25251-460. Duque de Caxias – RJ, Brasil.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods, proof of purchase or proof of received return delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Though rare, it’s possible that an item You ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know within 14 days after receiving Your Order. Include Your Order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
